Benjamin Haab

“Eagle Vision is a place where my staff can grow creatively and accomplish their best work.” Raised on a dairy farm just east of Fort St. John, Ben is known for his infectious positivity and boundless energy. After a broadcast internship in Lethbridge, AB, Ben was lead to Vancouver Film School where he graduated with honours. Ben spent a year abroad filming in Switzerland with his wife before settling down in the Peace Region.
In 2007, not long after starting his employment at Eagle Vision, Ben partnered with the original founder, Cole Busche. Ben has worked hard to grow the company over the years; buying out the founder in 2014 and silent partners in 2018 was a big move for the future of the company. Ben’s plans for the future include growing Eagle Vision into a full production house for film and television projects.

Johanna Haab

Johanna’s big-picture vision, thorough research abilities and administrative skills make her indispensable. She operates behind-the-scenes with management and strategic planning (as well as editing the staff’s atrocious spelling in social media posts).
Johanna is genuine, perceptive, and smart. She’s always the first to notice a new haircut, accessory, or when something is wrong. She has a capacity for filling holes in faulty logic as well and she always has something kind to say about everyone.
Following her education from UBC and Thompson Rivers University, Johanna enjoyed a successful career with the City of Fort St. John before settling down to play supermom with her four wonderful children and help her husband, Ben, run Eagle Vision Video Productions.

Joseph Kafka

With over a decade of experience in storytelling, web design, and content creation, Joseph is our go-to guy for all things digital marketing.
Hailing from the Ojibwa First Nations of Lake Manitoba, Joseph brings a unique perspective rooted in community and social empowerment. Formerly a social worker, he discovered his passion for inspiring others through video production.
Joseph believes in the power of storytelling to connect people. His work spans from BC to Benin, producing videos for BC Housing, KalTire, Thompson Rivers University, and The Great Bear Initiative.

IT & Cinematographer
Ralph Lorenz Siopan

With a background that includes diverse experience in IT, creative production, and marketing, Ralph knows how to combine technical expertise with a friendly and approachable personality to get the job done.
Ralph is skilled at operating video cameras both on location and in the studio, computer editing video segments, and operating production equipment such as audio and lighting equipment for field and studio production. He has experience in software development and hardware troubleshooting, and is an excellent problem-solver who can build productive relationships with customers and co-workers alike.
Ralph is ready to take on any challenge and help bring your vision to life.

Meet Jenna Dyksterhuis, our dynamic Accounts Manager who brings a blend of academic excellence and adventurous spirit to our team. Born in British Columbia and raised across Atlantic Canada and Ontario, Jenna’s journey has been as diverse as her interests.
Armed with an associate degree in Information Technology and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from UFV, specializing in accounting, Jenna combines her love for numbers with a passion for adventure. A true farm girl at heart, she shares her home with a bustling array of six cats, two dogs, and three horses.
Outside the office, Jenna thrives on outdoor pursuits like downhill skiing, camping, hiking, fishing, and ATV-ing. But amidst the adrenaline rush, she also finds solace in quieter hobbies like reading, playing the piano, and catching up on sports. With a head for numbers and a heart for adventure, Jenna is the perfect ally for all your accounting needs.

Meet Ryan, a unique blend of traveller, builder, maker, creator, technician, and engineer. Leveraging his lifelong passion for technology and a carpentry background, Ryan elevates our infrastructure and live productions.
Growing up on a remote farm in the Yukon Territory, Ryan developed a strong sense of resourcefulness and work ethic. He combines this with a solid education and extensive travel experience in multiple foreign countries.
When not managing a camera crew or instant replay screen, you’ll find Ryan at the office upgrading hardware or planning events. Otherwise, he’s likely up a mountain, enjoying time with wildlife.

Since joining us in 2021, his expertise in motion and graphic design, video production, and client management has made him invaluable.
Born and raised in Romania, Octavian has always been passionate about creativity and storytelling. After his studies, he travelled the world, gaining valuable experience. Before Eagle Vision, he worked as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor at TLS International in Montreal and held marketing roles in Romania and Illinois.
Whether behind the camera or in the editing suite, Octavian consistently creates engaging, visually stunning, and emotionally resonant work, making him a perfect addition to any team.
