1. Purpose
EVVP is committed to responsible and ethical business practices. This Supplier and Vendor Code of Conduct (Code) sets minimum standards for suppliers, vendors, contractors, subcontractors, and business partners (Suppliers) who provide goods or services to EVVP, including merchandise, printing, fulfillment, shipping, software, and professional services.
2. Scope
This Code applies to all Suppliers and their employees, agents, and subcontractors who support EVVP work. Suppliers must also communicate these standards to any third parties they use to deliver goods or services for EVVP.
3. Compliance with laws and this Code
Suppliers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where they operate, including labour, employment, health and safety, human rights, privacy, and environmental laws.
Where this Code sets a higher standard than local law, Suppliers are expected to follow this Code unless doing so would violate local law. If a conflict exists, Suppliers must notify EVVP.
4. Human rights and fair labour standards
Suppliers must respect human rights and uphold fair labour practices. At a minimum, Suppliers must meet the standards below.
4.1 Prohibition of forced labour and human trafficking
Suppliers must not use forced labour, prison labour that is unlawful, bonded labour, indentured labour, or any form of human trafficking. Work must be voluntary. Workers must be free to leave employment in accordance with applicable law and without coercion.
Suppliers must not withhold identity documents, passports, work permits, or personal property as a condition of employment.
4.2 Prohibition of child labour
Suppliers must not use child labour. Workers must meet the minimum legal age for employment in the jurisdiction where the work is performed, and must meet any legal requirements related to schooling and young worker protections.
4.3 Wages, benefits, and working hours
Suppliers must pay workers at least the minimum wages and provide legally required benefits. Suppliers must comply with laws governing working hours, overtime, and rest periods.
4.4 Non discrimination and respectful treatment
Suppliers must maintain a workplace free from discrimination, harassment, bullying, and retaliation. Workers must be treated with dignity and respect.
4.5 Freedom of association
Suppliers must respect workers’ lawful rights to freedom of association, collective bargaining, and worker representation, where permitted by law.
5. Health and safety
Suppliers must provide a safe and healthy working environment, including adequate training, protective measures, emergency preparedness, and incident reporting processes as required by law. Where hazards exist, Suppliers must implement controls to reduce risk.
6. Ethical business conduct
Suppliers must conduct business ethically and with integrity.
6.1 Anti bribery and anti corruption
Suppliers must not offer, give, request, or accept bribes, kickbacks, improper payments, or anything of value to influence decisions improperly. This includes conduct involving government officials and private parties.
6.2 Conflicts of interest
Suppliers must disclose any actual or potential conflict of interest related to work performed for EVVP, including family relationships, financial interests, or other ties that could affect impartial decision making.
6.3 Fair competition
Suppliers must comply with applicable competition and antitrust laws and must not engage in price fixing, bid rigging, or other anti competitive conduct.
7. Privacy, data protection, and security
If a Supplier accesses or processes personal information or confidential information related to EVVP, our clients, or our customers, the Supplier must:
- Use the information only for the authorized purpose.
- Protect it using reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards.
- Limit access to personnel who need it to perform the work.
- Promptly notify EVVP of any suspected or actual security incident or privacy breach.
- Follow applicable privacy laws and any contract terms related to confidentiality and security.
8. Intellectual property and confidentiality
Suppliers must respect intellectual property rights and maintain confidentiality.
Suppliers must not use EVVP or client materials, branding, footage, creative assets, logins, or business information for any purpose outside the agreed scope of work. Confidential information must not be disclosed to third parties without written authorization.
9. Environmental responsibility
Where relevant to the goods or services provided, Suppliers are expected to manage environmental impacts responsibly and comply with applicable environmental laws. EVVP encourages Suppliers to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and choose lower impact materials and shipping practices when feasible.
10. Subcontractors and supply chain responsibility
Suppliers are responsible for the actions of any subcontractors or sub suppliers used to fulfill EVVP work. Suppliers must maintain reasonable oversight and must ensure their third parties meet the minimum standards in this Code, particularly on forced labour, child labour, health and safety, and ethical conduct.
11. Transparency, documentation, and verification
Suppliers must provide accurate information to EVVP upon request, including reasonable documentation related to compliance with this Code.
EVVP may request Supplier confirmations, policies, or other evidence related to labour practices and sourcing, especially for physical goods and fulfillment services.
12. Reporting concerns
Suppliers must promptly report any credible concern, allegation, or confirmed breach related to this Code that may affect EVVP work, including suspected forced labour, child labour, trafficking, harassment, discrimination, or serious safety incidents.

Suppliers must provide a way for their workers to raise concerns without retaliation and must investigate concerns in good faith.
13. Non retaliation
Suppliers must not retaliate against any worker or person who raises a concern in good faith or participates in an investigation.
14. Corrective action and consequences
If EVVP identifies a potential or actual breach of this Code, EVVP may require corrective action. Suppliers must cooperate and implement corrective actions within a reasonable timeframe.
EVVP may suspend work, pause orders, or terminate the relationship if a Supplier fails to cooperate, fails to correct issues, or if the breach is severe.
15. Acknowledgement
By providing goods or services to EVVP, Suppliers acknowledge this Code and agree to meet these minimum standards as a condition of doing business with EVVP.
