Sustainable Development Policy

Effective January 1, 2018, Eagle Vision Video Productions Ltd. (EVVP) is committed to sustainable development across our video, drone, photography, and marketing services. This applies to our owners, employees, contractors, and key vendors.

For EVVP, sustainability means reducing waste and emissions, protecting people and places through safe and respectful on-location practices, and operating responsibly with clear standards for purchasing, subcontracting, and reporting.

We do this by planning productions carefully to reduce re-shoots and unnecessary travel, prioritizing local crews and rentals when practical, and using digital-first workflows to limit printing and material waste. We maintain and repair equipment to extend its lifespan, reduce single-use items on set, and recycle or dispose of batteries and electronics responsibly. We also manage data responsibly through an organized file lifecycle (active, archive, delete) and deliver optimized formats to reduce storage bloat.

EVVP assigns responsibility for these efforts and reviews progress on an ongoing basis, with regular check-ins monthly and a full annual review each December.
