WE MAKE VIDEOS THAT WILL GROW YOUR BUSINESS!

Last Thursday, November 3rd, our crew had the incredible opportunity to be a part of the very first “Fusion Faceoff” cooking competition hosted by the Dawson Creek Co-Op Food Store. This event brought together two teams of talented students from the Northern Lights College Culinary Program, who competed to create mouthwatering dishes under the watchful eyes of seasoned judges.

An Exciting Culinary Battle

The Fusion Faceoff wasn’t just any cooking competition. It was a high-stakes showdown where students had to impress a panel of four distinguished judges, including Canadian chef Dale McKay, the winner of the first season of Top Chef Canada in 2011. The students were tasked with not only wowing the judges but also preparing 21 additional dishes to serve VIP guests, adding an extra layer of challenge to the competition.

The Teams in Action

Both ‘Team Blue’ and ‘Team Red’ showcased their culinary skills, working with precision and creativity over the five-hour competition. The atmosphere was electric, with each team focused on delivering dishes that were both delicious and visually stunning. The dedication and hard work of these aspiring chefs were truly inspiring to watch.

And the Winner Is…

In the end, it was ‘Team Blue’ that took home the title of winner, earning beautiful plaques to commemorate their achievement. Their skill and teamwork stood out, making them deserving champions of the first Fusion Faceoff.
